📦 How to Track Your Order

Option 1 — Check Your Email

When your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • The carrier name (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
  • A direct link to track your package in real time

Simply click the tracking link in that email to see the latest status of your delivery.

Option 2 — Track via Carrier Website

If you have your tracking number, you can track your package directly on the carrier's website:

Option 3 — Log Into Your Account

If you created an account at checkout, you can log in to view your full order history and tracking details:

  1. Click "Log In" at the top of the page
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Click on your order to see the current status and tracking info

Not sure what your order status means? Here's a quick guide:

Status What It Means
🟡 Order Placed We've received your order and it's being prepared
🔵 Processing Your order is being picked, packed, and prepared for shipment
🟢 Shipped Your order is on its way! Check your email for tracking info
🚧 Out for Delivery Your package is with the local carrier and will arrive today
Delivered Your package has been delivered to the address provided
🔴 Delivery Attempted The carrier tried to deliver but couldn't — check for a notice

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after your order is processed (1–3 business days). Expedited options are available at checkout.

My tracking number isn't working yet — is that normal?

Yes! It can take up to 24–48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website. Please check back after that window.

My tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven't received my package. What do I do?

  1. Check around your door, mailbox, and with neighbors
  2. Check with your building management if applicable
  3. Wait 24–48 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered early
  4. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we'll investigate right away

My package is stuck or hasn't moved in several days. What should I do?

Occasional delays can happen due to weather, high carrier volume, or customs. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has shipped?

Unfortunately, once an order has shipped we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to request a redirect or hold at a location.
