We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.


📋 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or digital delivery reasons:

  • Opened personal care products (soaps, lotions, etc.)
  • Digital goods or downloadable products
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

🔄 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that show signs of use or are not in original condition
  • Items missing parts or original packaging

🔁 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • A defective or damaged item
  • An incorrect item shipped by BuySaavy

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
