Shipping Policy

At BuySaavy, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details.

🚚 Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

📍 Where We Ship

Currently, BuySaavy ships to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or internationally, but we are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

⏱️ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods such as holidays.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

⚠️ Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Wait 24–48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
  3. Contact us if the package still hasn't arrived after 48 hours

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. BuySaavy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
