Processing Time

At BuySaavy, we carefully inspect, pack, and ship every order with care. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item’s weight, size, and destination.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on customs)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories and select international destinations. If your country isn’t available at checkout, please contact us at support@buysaavy.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take pride in secure packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos and details. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it promptly.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s regulations. These are not included in your order total.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping costs to be reshipped.

Delivery Confirmation

All shipments include delivery confirmation. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, BuySaavy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact your local carrier office first, then reach out to us at support@buysaavy.com for further assistance.
