🛒 Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details, and you're done!
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, you can add a personal note in the order notes field at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 may be subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care products and digital goods cannot be returned. All other items are eligible for return within 30 days.
